Celebrate yourself with travel! It can low-key save you money, if you think about it.
I love to travel for special occasions and to celebrate life, milestones and everything in between. I usually gift myself with a trip, or some type of cool experience every year for my birthday. So if you want an excuse to travel, go for your next birthday or special day, after researching a new destination!
I’ve gotten everything from, free in-flight drinks, serenaded, hotel room upgrades, bottles of champagne and wine, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit, a whole layered cake, and many discounts.
My point is, if you want an excuse to travel, pick your birthday, anniversary, promotion or anything that will celebrate YOU and let the hotel and everybody else know. It doesn’t hurt to ask for a ‘lil hookup and see what special perks arise.
